Here we share our 5-day weather forecast graph for the ABC islands for this week (November 13th to November 17th, 2023).
* We have another variable week in the forecast as to the weather across the local region. The weather will still be dominated by a disturbance over the region that will cause an occasional increase in cloudiness and the possibility of a few local showers. That possibility will gradually decrease as we head towards the middle part of the week and weather conditions could even stay mostly dry between Thursday and Friday with also higher temperatures and much more sun hours. Winds will be moderate to strong from the east and change to southeast by Thursday. Minimum temperatures will be around 26-27 degrees Celsius/ 79-81 degrees Fahrenheit in the coming 5 days and the maximum temperatures will be between 32-33 degrees Celsius/ 89-91 degrees Fahrenheit. By Saturday, a possible area of low pressure (with currently a 70% chance of development in 7 days) will be moving northeastward across Jamaica, Haiti and the Dominican Republic and that system could significantly decrease the winds across the local region and lead to a southerly unstable flow and cause an increase of the instability which would then translate into higher chances of shower and thunderstorm activity. We will watch this and inform you about it.
